Delivery

We deliver our services and can ship our products to almost any country in the world. In same cases there might be additional information that we might need from you in order to be able to send your order.

If you order a product for delivery to one of the international delivery destinations, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes which are applied when the delivery reaches that destination. There may also be administration charges imposed by foreign customs authorities or by our delivery agents. Please note that we have no control over these charges and we cannot predict their amount.

The recipient will be responsible for payment of the import duties, taxes and charges referred to in above. Please contact the customs office in the destination country for further information before placing your order.

You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country from which the order is placed and of the country for which the shipment is destined. We will not be liable or responsible if you break any such law.

Shipping

Once you make your selection, shipping will be added automatically to your order at checkout. We make every effort to ensure that all products arrive to their final destination in the best condition possible.

Where available, we recommend that you choose a shipping option with tracking. This way you can easily check the progress of your package. If you select a shipping option with no tracking, it will not be possible to get updates on the progress of your package and if it gets delayed for some reason there will be no way to know why or what happened. If you opt for a non-tracking shipping option, you agree to free us from any liability and not to hold us responsible for packages not-received. If you opt for a non-tracking shipping option, you agree not to challenge or dispute the charge on your card or PayPal account for that order and you accept any and all liability if it is lost in transit.

When To Expect Your Order

In most cases we can process and send your order on the very same day it is placed. We ship almost all order within 5 days of receiving the order. Delivery times depend on the carrier and the post couriers – international and in your country. Once we send your order out we no longer have control over your parcel, the post couriers do. We suggest you place your order with tracking option so you can follow the progress or your parcel. If you choose to place your order without a tracking option you agree to not hold us responsible it your package is delayed or lost.

We may or may not notify you via email when your order is shipped. You can check your order status at any time in your Account.
